Conference Registration
There are two steps to register for the 2025 ICHRY.
Step 1: Register
Complete and submit the Conference Registration Form below.

$275.00
Step 2: Submit Payment
After you submit your Conference Registration Form, you must submit your conference registration payment via PayPal or purchase order to secure your registration.
You will not be registered for the conference until you complete both steps. The Professional conference registration fee is $275.00 and can be paid through Pay Pal, Venmo, or mailed to the address listed on the home page of the HA website.
The Health Advocates Venmo account (@David-Wiley) is available if that works better for you or your institution.
Full-time students who are seeking the reduced registration fee should us the PayPal button below.
Failure to submit payment by October 15, 2024 will result in a $25.00 late fee. While the hotel did extend a gracious cancellation policy, no-shows or cancellations after November 15, 2024 are not eligible for a registration fee refund. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be made in writing to wileyhealthadvocatesllc@gmail.com no later than November 15, 2024.
Student Registration Fee
$200.00
Full-time students receive a reduced conference registration fee of 200.00
