Step 2: Submit Payment
After you submit your Conference Registration Form, you must submit your conference registration payment via PayPal or purchase order to secure your registration.
You will not be registered for the conference until you complete both steps. The Professional conference registration fee is $250.00 and can be paid through Pay Pal or mailed to the address listed on the home page of the HA website.
Full-time students who are seeking the reduced registration fee should contact Health Advocates at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Failure to submit payment by September 15, 2021 will result in a $25.00 late fee. While the hotel did extend a gracious cancellation policy, no-shows or cancellations after November 15, 2021 are not eligible for a registration fee refund. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be made in writing to email@example.com no later than November 15, 2021.
