Single Occupancy: 285.90 per person, per night
Double Occupancy: 157.25 per person, per night (314.50 total per room, per night)
Children's' Policy:
0-4 Years: Complimentary
5-12 Years: 70.00 per child, per night
13 years and Older: Full rate

When does the hotel room block begin and end?
The conference room rate is available from January 3-12, 2026. However, there are limited rooms in the block on January 3, 4, and 12. Early reservations are suggested to make certain you can receive the conference room rate. Please note this CHANGE: The room block ends on November 1, 2025 (much earlier than in years past). Contractually, there are 96 room nights guaranteed, so PLEASE make your reservations ASAP and certainly before November 1, 2025.
do i have to book through the conference website?
Health Advocates, LLC has guaranteed a specific number of room nights as part of the 2026 contract. Please book through the conference hotel reservation instructions below to secure the reduced conference rate and to help Health Advocates make the room block. Rooms booked outside of the ICHRY hotel reservation link will not be credited to Health Advocates' contractually guaranteed room block.
what are the cancellation rules?
Individual guest room cancellations made up no later than 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made from within 72 hours of the guest's arrival will charged one night at the group rate.
